New stained glass gifts in the shop

It has been a busy few weeks in the studio as I have been refreshing all the stained glass stock and making lots of new pieces. There is sure to be something that will appeal to you and make an ideal gift for your friends and loved ones.

Aside from all the festive-themed new pieces (do have a look on the Christmas page of the shop for those), I have added some different dog designs. These include little standing sculptures in different colours, plus some lovely display pieces featuring glass dogs with kennels and little silver-coloured bone charms.

For the pig lovers, there are 3D pig sculptures with little pigsties and of course 4-leaf clover charms as we all love a ‘pig in clover’.

If you remember the classic children’s book The Very Hungry Caterpillar, have a look at my caterpillar sculpture that was inspired by that work. The glass caterpillar sits on a green leaf with a bitten apple above and an apple core and cupcake next to him.

I have had fun making several miniature glass items recently, so have a look at the tiny green frogs on glass leaves and fatter frogs on larger leaves. I also made some really sweet tiny cats and penguins with hand-painted features.

For those friends and relatives with a love of adventure and the open road, I have several new pieces – including retro caravans, camper vans and Beetle-inspired cars. Each has been carefully hand-painted. Some are mounted on wood, but most are on their own glass stands and come in a cool travel-themed ‘suitcase’ box, in keeping with the wanderlust theme. What a great, individual gift!

Another new range this season features my little Raggedy Girls sculptures. Each has a hand-painted face and a unique hairstyle. Great to sit on a shelf or window sill.

I have expanded the range of plant stakes greatly. These are available at my in-person events in November (please see the events blog for details). There are large ones with flower and seed pod heads, mounted on stainless steel posts. There are intricate leaf pieces, festive designs like holly and snowdrops, as well as toadstools, butterflies, snails and hearts. Every one is unique. Additionally, I have hand-painted some to create bold seed pod designs.

There is a sweet, elephant sculpture on a wooden stand, as well as a polar bear. Plus I am made some new mini wire suitcase and bag sculptures with stained glass tags, alongside some wire vases holding little glass flowers.

For the jewellery lovers, I have a special sweet treat – namely colourful round stained glass earrings on silver plated wires, which come in their own matching macaron gift box. What a fabulous idea for anyone who loves jewellery and funky ideas!

As you can see, there is a lot of new stock for you to browse!
