Purple Decorated Vase

This large, purple decorated vase features angular flowers with diamond-shaped petals and sparkly diamante gem highlights, as the customer wanted a diamond theme. I selected some purple and lilac glasses to tone with the smoky purple of the vase. In keeping with the diamond idea I found a sparkly ‘crackle’ glass bead to feature as the centre of the dark purple flower. It was commissioned as a special 60th birthday gift for her friend, and both of them were delighted with the result. Her friend said it was: ‘beautiful and so special being unique’. It is always great collaborating with customers to create something perfectly suited to their requirements.
